ACT does not process ticket requests via email. For information about ticket availability or the status of a ticket order, please call the box office at 606-754-4228. You may also order online. Your tickets will be held for you at the ticket center the night of the show or picked up at our box office. Cancellations Once a reservation has been confirmed or tickets processed via on-line purchase there are no refunds or exchanges. If you know that you will not be able to attend a performance, you can call the box office and leave us a message. If we are able to sell your tickets for you, we will; however, we cannot refund any per ticket transaction fees that may have been charged. If the tickets were prepaid, we will issue a refund after the show run if we were able to sell the tickets. If the tickets were only held by reservation, we will not charge your card if, and only if, were able to sell your tickets. Please know that your card will be charged for the price of the tickets. Late Seating If you arrive after the start of the performance, we will seat you as soon as it is possible at the discretion of our house manager. We will do everything we can to make this delay as minimal as possible. Child Policy We encourage parents to introduce their children to live theatre when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them. We require that all children have a ticket for admittance to the theatre.
